In this workshop we’ll explore our connections with wildness.
What that means for you, what that means for the planet.
How do we feel into and express our wildness?
We’ll start off with a Shamanic Journey to connect with a wild creature, being, tree, plant, rock, river, or whatever shows up and then bring this through into the Middle World with mask making.
There’ll be an opportunity to explore outside in nature through embodied movement with the drum so I invite you to come and take a ‘walk on the wild side’.
“She was free in her wildness. She was a wanderess, a drop of free water. She belonged to no man and to no city”
― Roman Payne
What to bring with you: Please wear comfortable loose clothing, barefoot or soft shoes (something warm for sitting and moving if outside) & bring a writing journal or pen & paper.
We still have some tickets available if you’d like to join us, and Jayne, at our Space to Emerge bluebell woodland retreat. Click here to find out more.
About Jayne Johnson
Through my work as an Embodied Relational Therapist and an Embodied Shamanic Practitioner I have become fascinated with how the body and its infinite wisdom knows where to take us and how we can explore many worlds, many channels and discover new lands inside and out through movement, following a process and connecting intentionally with our guides and animals as support. I’m excited by this work and love to share it with others.
